Shipping Policy

Please note: NutraPet products are dispatched from our international fulfilment centre. Delivery times are longer than domestic shipping. By placing an order you confirm you have read and accepted these timeframes.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number within 3–5 business days of your order being placed.

2. Shipping Rates

Free shipping is not currently offered. The $8.00 shipping fee is charged at checkout and is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are 15–28 business days from the date of dispatch. During peak seasons (November–January) or periods of high demand, delivery may take up to 35 business days.

These are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. NutraPet is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • International customs processing
  • Local postal or courier delays
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Force majeure events (weather, strikes, etc.)

4. Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped with tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed once your order is dispatched. You can track your order using the link provided in your dispatch email. Please allow up to 5 business days after receiving your tracking number for it to show movement, as international shipments can take time to register on tracking systems.

5. Lost or Missing Orders

Orders are not considered lost until 35 business days have passed from the dispatch date. If your order has not arrived after 35 business days and tracking shows no delivery confirmation, contact us at support@nutrapet.co and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

Claims of non-delivery made before 35 business days from dispatch will not be processed.

6. Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address at checkout. NutraPet is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at support@nutrapet.co. We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched, but cannot guarantee changes once the order is in transit.

7. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs inspection and import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. NutraPet has no control over customs processes and cannot predict additional charges. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
