BINDING AGREEMENT — BY ACCESSING NUTRAPET.CO OR COMPLETING A PURCHASE YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS IN FULL. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE DO NOT USE THIS SITE OR PLACE AN ORDER.

1. ACCEPTANCE
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NutraPet. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years of age, have full legal capacity to enter this agreement, and have read and accepted these Terms, our Shipping Policy, and our Returns & Refund Policy in full.

2. POLICY ACCEPTANCE AT CHECKOUT
All customers are presented with and must accept our Returns & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy at checkout. Completing payment constitutes explicit acknowledgement and acceptance of all policies in force at the time of purchase. Claiming unawareness of any policy after purchase will not be accepted as grounds for a refund, dispute, or chargeback.

3. PRODUCTS & RESULTS
Products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Individual results vary between animals based on age, breed, diet, health status, and consistency of use. NutraPet makes no guarantee of specific outcomes. Dissatisfaction with results does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund outside the strict conditions stated in our Returns & Refund Policy.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are in USD. By submitting payment you authorise NutraPet to charge the full order total including the non-refundable $8.00 shipping fee. Prices may change at any time without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the binding price for that transaction.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscription orders renew automatically on the agreed billing cycle. It is entirely the customer's sole responsibility to manage and cancel their subscription. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to support@nutrapet.co at least 72 hours before the next scheduled billing date. Charges already processed outside this window are non-refundable. NutraPet accepts no responsibility for charges resulting from a customer's failure to cancel in time.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Products are dispatched from our international fulfilment centre. Delivery takes 15–28 business days from dispatch and up to 35 business days during peak periods. By placing an order you explicitly accept these timeframes. NutraPet is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or any circumstances outside our direct control. Orders are not considered lost until 35 business days have elapsed from dispatch.

7. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
By placing an order you explicitly agree that before initiating any chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal with your bank or card issuer you will contact NutraPet at support@nutrapet.co and allow a minimum of 5 business days for resolution.

Failure to contact NutraPet before filing a chargeback constitutes a material breach of this agreement. NutraPet will contest every chargeback with a full evidence package including order records, IP address and device fingerprint, checkout policy acceptance confirmation, payment records, shipping and tracking data, and all communication history.

Customers who file chargebacks without prior contact, or who receive a refund and subsequently file a chargeback for the same transaction, will be considered to have committed fraud. NutraPet reserves the right to report such customers to fraud prevention agencies, pursue debt recovery, and permanently ban them from placing future orders.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
NutraPet's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is strictly limited to the original product purchase price excluding shipping. We are not liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages of any kind.

9. DISCLAIMER
Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Always consult a licensed veterinarian before starting any supplement programme. Use of our products is at the customer's own risk.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on nutrapet.co is the property of NutraPet and protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute must first be submitted to NutraPet in writing for good-faith resolution before any legal, financial, or regulatory action is initiated.

12. MODIFICATIONS
NutraPet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site or placement of an order constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
