Shipping policy

BINDING AGREEMENT — BY COMPLETING CHECKOUT YOU CONFIRM YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THIS SHIPPING POLICY IN FULL.

DISPATCH
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Tracking numbers are issued within 3–5 business days of the order date. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

SHIPPING RATE
A flat rate of $8.00 USD applies to all orders. This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances including order cancellations, refunds, and returns.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
All orders are shipped via international tracked shipping from our fulfilment centre. Estimated delivery is 15–28 business days from dispatch. During peak periods delivery may take up to 35 business days. These are estimates only. NutraPet does not guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe and delayed delivery is not grounds for a refund or dispute.

Delays caused by the following are outside NutraPet's control and do not constitute grounds for refund or chargeback:
- Customs inspection and clearance
- Local postal or courier delays
- Weather, strikes, or force majeure events
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer
- Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

LOST & MISSING ORDERS
An order is not classified as lost, missing, or undelivered until a minimum of 35 business days have elapsed from the confirmed dispatch date. Claims submitted before this period has elapsed will be rejected without exception. Once the carrier records a successful delivery scan to the address provided at checkout NutraPet's delivery obligation is fully discharged. NutraPet accepts no liability for packages lost, stolen, or missing after carrier delivery confirmation.

CUSTOMER ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
The customer is solely responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address at checkout. NutraPet ships to the address entered at the time of order. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Refunds or replacements will not be issued in this circumstance.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, and local taxes. These charges are entirely the customer's responsibility. Delays or charges resulting from customs are not grounds for a refund or dispute.

TRACKING
All orders include tracking. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor their tracking. Failure to collect a delivery or monitor tracking does not constitute grounds for a refund.
