Cancellation policy
Subscription orders placed on nutrapet.co renew automatically on the agreed billing cycle. By subscribing you authorise NutraPet to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.
CANCELLATION REQUIREMENTS
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@nutrapet.co a minimum of 72 hours before the next scheduled billing date. Verbal requests, social media messages, or requests submitted outside this window will not be accepted for the current billing cycle.
NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES
Any subscription charge processed before a valid cancellation request is received is strictly non-refundable. NutraPet does not issue refunds for subscription renewals where the required 72-hour cancellation notice was not provided. It is entirely the customer's responsibility to track their billing dates and submit cancellation requests within the required window.
CHARGEBACK POLICY
Filing a chargeback for a subscription charge without first contacting NutraPet and following the cancellation process above constitutes a breach of this agreement and will be treated as fraud. NutraPet will contest all such chargebacks with full evidence.
